Coatings of LA-F452 are dense and can be used in oxidation resistant applications under 15000F. It is an excellent choice for Thermal Spray Repair. LA F452 has self-bonding properties similar to LA 7337 but exhibit greater machinability, wear and oxidation resistance. LA-F452 is an excellent choice as a bond coat. Typical applications for LA-F452 are to restore dimensions to mis-machined and worn parts.
